I have never been anti road work, I’ve always been anti one way training.

Think energy system development when choosing your conditioning poison of choice.

Aerobic is the easiest, alactic capacity is the most neglected.

Here my fighters are doing road work while keeping their hands up with 16 ounce sparring gloves on.

Make road work more challenging.

Think outside the box with it.

Just don’t choose a conditioning drill, understand what you are developing and what energy system needs addressed.

Underdeveloped energy systems = an unprepared fighter.

Chew on that.
