In The Gym Training Notes: Strength Train Unilateraly.

When designing your strength training workouts you must have unilateral movements in your program. Unilateral movements are using single leg or arm movements. Boxing is a unilateral sport and you will have greater carry over to your boxing performance with these types of movements.

Examples of upper body unilateral movements.

1. One arm presses ( neutral grip )
2. one arm chin up
3. one arm rows
4. one arm bent over lat raise
5. one arm inverted rows

Lower Body

1. Single Leg Squats
2. Single Leg Deadlift
3. Lunge
4. Bulgarian Split squat
5. Zercher lunges or squats.

Add these to your boxing strength workouts for greater carry over to the ring.
